🌄 From the Hills of Uttarakhand to the World of AI & Finance

My Story

I didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming a Chartered Accountant.

In fact, I hadn’t even heard of it.

Growing up in a small town in Uttarakhand, I was more fascinated by the Indian Army than accounting. Career guidance was rare. Technology was hardly present.

My father started working at a very young age, but he progressed well in life and eventually retired from government service. My mother’s whole life revolved around me and my sisters. She was never attracted to the glitter of the world—she simply gave her all so we could grow, succeed, and live a better life. Her quiet sacrifices are the foundation of everything we achieved.

My parents—who never had the chance to go to school—gave everything they had so their children could dream beyond their circumstances.

College changed everything for me. I started observing people, learning silently, picking up whatever I could. With a lot of hard work, strong belief, and my parents’ blessings—I finally became a Chartered Accountant.

“Success isn’t always about speed—sometimes it’s about strength, patience, and staying in the game.”

But the journey wasn’t perfect. I made my share of mistakes. I trusted the wrong people, joined the wrong companies. But each mistake taught me something. Every fall helped me rise stronger.

From a humble beginning to leading and managing a team of 40–50 people at different point of time —it’s been nothing short of a roller coaster. I’ve always believed in treating my team like family. I encourage them to grow, to try new things, to learn and stay updated with technology. My aim has always been to make sure no one gets left behind in this fast-changing world.

Sometimes, I wonder—what if we had today’s technology back then? Would my journey have been smoother? Maybe. But I also know that those struggles built the strength and resilience I carry today.

Today, with experience and learning on my side, I see the future with excitement. AI and robotics are not just changing jobs—they’re rewriting the rules. What once seemed like science fiction is becoming part of our everyday life.

And I know—this isn’t a fairy tale.

There are many stories out there. Some with more challenges, more pain, more strength, and greater success. But all of them remind us of one thing: if we keep going, we eventually reach our destination.

The world is changing faster than ever. Either we adapt—or we risk being left behind.
